No Hassle Satisfaction GuaranteeWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with it, Froggy's will cheerfully accept your return for exchange or refund. See our Refund and Exchange polices below.
PaymentsWe accept all major credit cards. You can pay over the internet or if you prefer, just call and we will accept your credit card information over the telephone. We also welcome payment by check.
SecurityOur site and your communication with it is protected by Trustwave Trusted Commerce 256 bit encryption. Click on the Trustwave icon at the top of the page for additional information. For additional security against hacking, we frequently delete all customer credit card information. This means that on a return visit you may have to enter your credit card information again, but we feel this small inconvenience is outweighed by the additional security.
ShippingWe usually ship the same day or the next business day, but sometimes there are delays beyond our control. Froggy's offers FREE SHIPPING in the contiguous United States. We ship internationally for a nominal shipping charge.

Refunds and ExchangesTo be accepted for refund or exchange, please verify that your item:
Is clean and unused
Has no pet hairs. Please NO pet hairs.
Items that are missing the original tags or are dirty can not be accepted for refund or exchange.
RefundsThe price of the item returned less a 20% restocking fee will be credited to your credit card. We do not refund the return shipping cost. Please allow several days for the credit to appear on your card. If you paid by check, we will send your refund by check.
ExchangesSometimes it doesn't fit or the color just isn't what you wanted. We will be glad to exchange it. In a hurry for your exchange? To save time, you can order the one you want so that we ship it right away and then at your convenience, return the one you don't want for refund.
Send the item back to the address belowPlease be sure to include a note with your name, address, and what you would like us to do - refund or exchange. Occasionally we receive a return and have no idea who it is from!
