Q: How do I pay?

A: You can pay with any major credit card, with PayPal or by check or money order.

Q: Is it safe?
A: Absolutely.   Payment through PayPal or with your credit card is completely safe and secure.

A: Of course.  Just call Froggy's Customer Service at (207)607-9417

Q: Can I pay by check or money order?
A: Yes.  Just complete your order on-line or by telephone and send your check to Froggy's, P.O. Box 160, Woolwich, Maine 04579 USA.

Q: How soon will my merchandise ship?
A: We usually ship the same day or the next day but sometimes there are delays beyond our control.  You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information by email.

Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
A: Yes.   Shipping in the contiguous United States is free.  There is a charge for International shipping.  Froggy's ships worldwide.

Q: Why should I register with Froggy's? 
A: So you can earn points towards merchandise, be entered in our $100.00 drawings, check on your order status, track your shipments, review your order history, use your own personal "Tags" and "Wish List" and so you will be notified by email of special sales (only if you wish - you can opt-out at any time).

Q: I Like Froggy's.  How can I leave a "Testimonial"?
A: In the "Testimonial" box on the bottom left of the Home page, click on the word "More".

A: In the "My Account" box on the upper right of the Home page, log in and then you can change your password and other information".

Q: How can I review my orders?
A: In the "My Account" box on the upper right of the Home page, click on "Orders" and then scroll down the page.

Q: What in the world is a "TAG"?
A: If you are looking at a product and think "That would be great for Suzie's birthday", click on the "Tags" button and type in "Suzie's Birthday".  That "Tags" the product so that later, when her birthday is getting close, you can see all the products you thought would make a great gift!

Q: How do I find the items I have "Tagged" or put on my "Wish List"?
A: In the "My Account" box on the upper right of the Home page, click on "My Tags" or "Wish List".
